In this free 30-minute masterclass, Emil Ghelmeci walks through the exact STACK Framework we use to take an app from a rough idea to real users who pay, even if you've never shipped a product before.
Takes about 60 seconds. Next you'll answer a few quick questions, then confirm your seat. By continuing you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms.
You don't need millions of downloads. Most profitable small apps make money one of three ways, and we'll show you how to pick the right one on the training.
A small base of users paying every month for something they'd hate to lose. This is how most modern indie apps hit a stable income.
Charge once for the app, or sell upgrades, credits, and premium features inside a free app. Simple to launch, fast to test.
A working app with real users and revenue is something other companies will pay to acquire. We'll cover what makes an app sellable.
A repeatable path from "I have an idea" to "people are paying me." Here's what we'll break down step by step.
Pressure-test your idea against real demand and confirm people will pay, before you build anything.
Turn the validated idea into a working product fast, using no-code / low-code tools or a lean dev process on a small budget.
Get your first real users without a big audience or ad budget, and learn what to fix from how they actually behave.
Introduce pricing the right way and turn free users and installs into paying customers.
Improve retention, compound your growth, and decide whether to grow it, hire out, or sell.
On the masterclass we walk a real idea through all five steps so you can copy the process for your own.
Emil Ghelmeci · Founder, Stackably
Emil is a founder and technical co-founder who builds software for equity. At 31, he runs Stackably, an app development studio that takes ownership stakes in the products it builds rather than working on a fees-only basis.
His path into software ran through an unlikely first business. Before apps, Emil built a car-rental operation on Turo, scaling it to a peak of 83 vehicles in 2021, a hands-on lesson in operations, cash flow, and demand that would later shape how he approaches product. He exited that business and moved into app development, where he found his footing.
Today, Emil's portfolio spans 36+ apps, positioning Stackably as a portfolio-and-equity studio rather than a traditional agency. His work covers a range of consumer and marketplace products, and earlier projects, including StoryXen, a film pre-production SaaS, and AURAA, a workflow-automation tool, mark the earlier stages of that journey.
He reaches and builds with founders primarily through Instagram (@appsemil), where he documents the studio's work and connects with US-based entrepreneurs and idea-stage founders looking for a clear path from concept to launch.
No. The framework works whether you build it yourself with no-code tools, hire a developer, or partner with a technical co-founder. We'll cover how to decide which route fits your idea and budget.
It helps, but it's not required. Part of the training covers how to spot ideas worth building and how to validate them quickly.
You don't need funding or investors. We focus on lean, low-cost launches, but you should expect to invest some money in basic tools once your idea is validated.
Yes. Most people who attend have never shipped a product. If you've already launched an app, you'll get more value from the later parts of the framework around conversion and scaling.
You'll answer a few quick questions so we can tailor the training, then confirm your seat. You'll get the session link by email and text, plus reminders.
Plan for about 30 minutes of training plus live Q&A. Come with a notepad and your idea.
The idea in your head doesn't become a business until you start. The masterclass is free, it's the same framework our students use, and the next session starts soon.
